If you've ever shopped at Below the Belt on Robson Street, chances are you've seen the manager, Grant there. Today, after 18 years, was Grant's last day working for the company. Therefore today's Project 3.6.5. is of myself, Grant and James, (who also worked at BTB for 17 years) at Grant's farewell lunch.

Everything changes when you turn 40... My doctor has me on Calcium and Vitamin D supplements, and today I went for my first Mammogram. Didn't hurt as much as I thought it would, but boy did this machine squish my boobs.

I belong to a Dress Club. There are quite a few details about it that I will go over in another post, another time. But the quick version is that there are 12 girls that meet monthly to drink wine, and each month all 12 girls put in $30 and one girl wins the prize of $360 to go shopping with.

Tonight I won the $360!! Woo hoo... there's a new pair of boots with my name on them!

First Canucks preseason game!! All I kept thinking about while we were there was the last game that was played in Rogers Arena on June 15th. Deep sigh...

When I was packing my bag for my sleepover with my nephews tonight, I made sure to throw my camera in it. There are always so many photo opportunities with Beckett & Nolan, so I was sure I would capture a fantastic Project 3.6.5. picture. However, I didn't take into account that I wouldn't have a moment to spare, while babysitting two nearly-three year olds.

Therefore today's Project 3.6.5. picture is a quick one of Beckett drinking his prune juice.

Lovely dinner at Jules Bistro in Gastown this evening. This Project 3.6.5. picture was taken from inside the restaurant looking out.

My review of the evening:

The company was fantastic.

The restaurant was cute.

I loved the scallops and the tenderloin; the mussels were ok.

The wine was good.

The service was a bit weird though.

Labour Day. When I was a kid, it always signified the unofficial end of summer.
