Yesterday I wrote as my Facebook status: Be a good person, do good things, and good things will happen to you. It really is that easy. And I meant it. I didn’t write it to actually get anything out of it, but that’s what happened.
On Sunday, I helped my friend Chelah with her Haiti Fundraiser and yesterday she called me and asked if I would like to go to the Canucks game with her! When you are doing someone a favour or helping out a charity, you should only do it because it needs to be done and because you want to do it, not for any selfish reasons. However, at times, you may be rewarded, and that’s always nice.
We won the hockey game btw; more good Karma!
