Street Scene

I walk to and from work every day. From Yaletown to Robson Street and back again. I’ve been doing it for almost 4 years and it’s usually about a 15 minute walk. The highlight of my walks is seeing all of the progress on the streets in preparation for the Winter Games. In the past couple of weeks, the streets have almost come alive with Olympic décor, lighting, banners, signage etc. and the people I’ve seen during my walks seem to have come alive with a huge sense of excitement and anticipation. It just makes it all seem so much more real. Here are some pictures I took to and from my work walks today.
